Azores House, Azores, Portugal (opened November 2023)
Surrounded by greenery and overlooking the ocean, Azores House is located in Fajã do Calhau on São Miguel in the Azores. It used to be a fisherman’s house - today it's a super cosy house and the perfect place to slow down from daily life. It’s a place to find peace and quiet to rest and reconnect with both the natural world and oneself. The house is designed with a minimalist approach, so guests can focus on the setting and the amazing ocean views.

The Hacienda, New Mexico, USA (opened September 2023)
This 18th-century hacienda sits in the creative community of Galisteo, New Mexico. The house was made from mud and stone - the owner has taken it back to its original layout, and created a calming, soulful retreat within the adobe walls. There's plenty of hiking trails around the house, and several ranches where the old Western films were shot. Designer Tom Ford owns a ranch down the road.
Nearby Santa Fe, with its Pueblo-style architecture and thriving creative arts scene, is home to some excellent museums, such as the Georgia O’Keefe Museum. Guests can also drive to Abiquiu, around an hour away, to see the ranch where Georgia O’Keefe once lived.

Bungalow, Guerrero, Mexico (opened Autumn 2023)
The Bungalow is a Brutalist hideaway tucked away on a dirt road. It’s modern, chic and unexpected; cheerful, chill and luxurious. It boasts dramatic views of the Sierra Madre, accompanied by the breezy sound of the Pacific Ocean. The closest beach is a five-minute walk from the property, though the “best” beach depends on the desired activity. There are tide pools and fishing spots within a ten-minute walk, while 20 minutes on foot leads to a sandy beach that’s good for boogie boarding. A 30-minute walk arrives at a lagoon full of migrating birds and an interesting surf spot.

This four bedroom island pad enjoys a breathtaking location, with incredible sea views, a large infinity pool, a cosy outdoor barbecue area and spacious terraces from which to soak up the sunshine and those vistas. This quirky house is very private, hidden in countryside, yet very close to everything the region has to offer (the airport and dazzling beaches are just a 20 minute drive). We love the beautiful honesty-bar that is fully stocked with some surprising Portuguese drinks. If guests wish so, the owners can arrange a private chef to serve breakfast or a traditional dinner at the house. Wellbeing services such as massage and yoga are also available, as well as a full grocery shopping service.

Château bord de Loire, France (opened October 2023)
Château bord de Loire is a timeless, renovated property on a 200-year-old estate at the heart of the Sancerre wine region. It features 24 bedrooms and 22 bathrooms, a 25-metre swimming pool, a wood-fired sauna and a Nordic bath, all set within an eight-acre garden. Guests can walk out the gate of the walled, private estate and explore the beautiful rolling hills and charming vineyards that surround it. While the château is 200 years old, the interior design has a timeless, mid-century modern feel, inspired by architect Mallet Stevens’ Villa Cavrois in the north of France and Villa Necchi in Milan.

Hinterland Hall, Massachusetts, USA (opened June 2023)
Formerly Old Stone Church, a Gothic Revival building constructed in 1836, Hinterland Hall is an incredibly striking place to stay, sleeping two adults in one double bedroom. The owners have taken pains to preserve the integrity of the building, evoking its original spirit and accentuating the place’s inherent beauty, with minimalist interiors and a neutral colour palette.
Among the more eccentric aspects of the project was the relocation and restoration of the mahogany hand-pumped organ. The majestic instrument was built in 1862. Fully restored, it now stands as one of the oldest functioning hand-pumped organs in the country. The Berkshires is a gorgeous rural enclave of Western Massachusetts, with rolling hills, pastures, and forests. The area is also famous for its arts and music scene.

Stockholm Apartment, Stockholm, Sweden (opened June 2023)
Stockholm Apartment is a centrally located, modern apartment within a historic building in Gamla Stan, the heart of Stockholm. In creating this city abode for two, the owners utilised traditional materials and methods but with a contemporary layer. The wooden details and doors are original, with most dating from the 18th century, and traditional nuances and colours have been retained, without being too rigid.
Gamla Stan is the heart and historic part of Stockholm, and everything is nearby. Beautiful houses from as early as the 15th century surround the winding alleyways. There are plenty of good cafes and restaurants on the doorstep, and the Royal Palace is just two minutes away on foot.

The Highland Tower, Crieff, Scotland (opened July 2023)
A three bedroom apartment in a former church in the Scottish market town of Crieff, famous for whisky and its history of cattle droving. The original church tower still stands, and from a corridor in the apartment it’s possible to see inside all the way to the top. A spiral staircase leads up to a living and dining area with a beautiful Bulthaup kitchen and a balcony. Continuing up the tower, there’s a viewing platform with seating from which to enjoy amazing views across the town and the surrounding hills.
The location is all about connecting with the outdoors, with great fishing, hiking, canoeing and mountain biking in the area. There are fabulous hiking trails accessible directly from the apartment, and several circular drives that take in the natural attractions and lochs of Perthshire.

Wine and Art Villa, Alenquer, Greater Lisbon, Portugal (opened October 2023)
This house represents the perfect fusion between art and wine, set in a beautiful viticultural landscape. The villa offers 300 sqm of space, across two main buildings connected by an underground tunnel. One of the buildings is home to the living room, dining room and kitchen. The second building has three beautiful bedrooms, and an outdoor infinity swimming pool on the roof above. Surrounding the property are impressive gardens amongst a 50,000 sqm wine estate which is yours to explore. Originally a winery, the villa has been converted by the owner into his dream home, combining his love of art and wine.
Wine and Art Villa is located in the west of Portugal in an area that is only now being discovered by tourists. It’s full of historical sites, wonderful beaches and lots of golf courses, as well as great food and even better wines.
